swim

Went for the 30min swim yesterday, woke up too late after night shift to do the 2hour20 run, but am in my running gear now, waiting for my breakfast to have properly gone down to start running.

Swim was good, felt a lot fitter swimming than I have done previously but also still felt like I was pushing myself a lot which is good!

Will update on how far I get on the 2hour 20 run in about 3 hours time!!
