Swim
did the 4 lots of 8 today, I don’t know whether everyone else at the pool was suddenly a lot faster than usual or whether I was just slower than normal, but I was definitely pushing myself very hard!
First set was 4 crawl, 2 no arms, 2 breaststroke
2nd, 6 crawl, 2 no arms
3rd 6 crawl, 2 no arms
4th 4 crawl, 2 no arms, 2 breaststroke,
the whole thing took 30-35mins (can’t quite remember when I went in the pool! :s )
Run on saturday morning I’ve decided.
